Our special service

We organise B2B meetings between companies from the European Union (and from other countries of the World) and Omani companies in cooperation with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We have been providing this service since 1 January 2024 based on the interest of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in importing products and services from the European Union countries and other countries of the World. The meetings will take place at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman.

We organise these meetings based on the fact that Oman is opening itself to the world just like the United Arab Emirates had done some decades ago. The advantage of doing business in Oman is that Oman is not yet as saturated with products and services as the United Arab Emirates, therefore, foreign companies have a great chance to enter the Omani market and start selling/providing their products/services.

The procedure for organising B2B meetings is as follows:

• Each company will fill in a company profile which will be sent by us to Mrs Haditha Salim Al Busaidi, Director of the Organisations and Foreign Relations Department. The minimum number of participating European Union companies is five.
• Mrs Haditha will forward these company profiles to His Excellency Sheikh Faisal Abdullah Al Rowas, President of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for discussion and approval.
• Once approved, Mrs Haditha's staff will start contacting local Omani companies interested in cooperating with these European Union companies.
• After identifying such local Omani companies, together with Mrs Haditha we will start preparing agenda for meetings with Omani companies.
• Subsequently, we will then send the agenda of meetings with Omani companies to all participating European Union companies.

Each participating company will pay our organisation fee and will cover its own travelling and accommodation costs. The duration of stay will depend on the number of meetings each company will have with its Omani business partners. The number of meetings will be stated in the agenda of meetings and based on this agenda, each company will be able to plan its stay in Muscat, Oman.

Transport - We recommend to make use of the services of Emirates Airlines with flights from Vienna, Austria.

Accommodation - We recommend to stay in Sheraton Oman hotel, which is located close to the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
